Yes, 100% free with no obligation. Our technician will visit your property, identify the pest problem, and provide a detailed assessment and quote — at absolutely no cost to you.
Do you offer Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)?
Yes, we offer AMC plans for both residential and commercial properties. Our AMC covers regular scheduled treatments throughout the year — providing continuous protection and priority service. Contact us for pricing.
How long does a typical pest control treatment take?
Treatment time depends on property size and type. For an average 2BHK apartment, cockroach gel treatment takes about 45-60 minutes. Termite treatment for a house may take 3-5 hours. Corporate properties are assessed individually.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), and bank transfer. For corporate clients, we also accept cheque payments with proper invoicing.

Safety & Treatment

Are the chemicals safe for children and pets?
Yes. We use only WHO-approved and government-certified chemicals that are safe for humans and animals once dry. For most treatments, a 2-4 hour waiting period after application is sufficient before returning to the treated area.
Do I need to vacate my home during treatment?
For gel-based cockroach treatment — no vacating required. For spray treatments, we recommend staying away for 2-3 hours. For termite treatment, the affected areas may need to be cleared but the entire house does not need to be vacated.
What should I do before the pest control team arrives?
Clear countertops and keep food in sealed containers. Move items away from walls in treatment zones. Keep pets in a separate room. Cover or remove water bowls and fish tanks if spray treatment is planned. Our team will guide you on specific preparations.
What warranty do you provide?
We provide a treatment warranty ranging from 3 months to 1 year depending on the service type. If pests return within the warranty period, we will re-treat your property at no additional cost.
How often should I get pest control done?
For residential properties, a quarterly (once every 3 months) preventive treatment is recommended. For restaurants, hotels, and food businesses, monthly treatments are advised. Termite treatment may only be needed every 3-5 years.
Do you provide a treatment certificate?
Yes, we provide a detailed treatment report and certificate after every treatment. For construction projects, we provide government-format anti-termite treatment certificates required for building plan approval and bank loans.
